Los Gotham Film & Media Institute anunciaron hoy sus nominaciones para la 31st Annual Gotham Awards, destacando 29 largometrajes, 16 series y 32 actuaciones para su reconocimiento en doce categorías de premios.
“Felicitamos a los nominados al Premio Gotham 2021 y esperamos celebrar juntos en vivo y en persona en unas pocas semanas. Este año, como se señaló anteriormente, nos enorgullece presentar categorías neutrales de género para nuestros premios de actuación mientras continuamos ejecutando nuestra misión de defender la inclusión y celebrar a los narradores más audaces del mundo ”, dijo Jeffrey Sharp, director ejecutivo de The Gotham.
Como la primera gran ceremonia de premios de la temporada, los Premios Gotham brindan un reconocimiento temprano crítico y atención de los medios a películas y series independientes. Los premios también son únicos por su capacidad para ayudar a catapultar a los galardonados de manera prominente a la atención de la temporada de premios.
